Fees and Billing Policy:

Our fees are based on the quality of dental work and service we provide. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do have financial options available, including 12 months interest-free financing with CareCredit.

Insurance:

If you have dental insurance, we willl happily submit your claim for you. Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits, however, most dental plans do not cover 100% of your dental costs. Since you are responsible for any amount not covered by your plan, your estimated copayment is due at the time of service. If you have any questions regarding your dental benefits, we will be happy to assist you. Although, your dental benefits are a contract between your insurance company and employer. Therefore, any specific questions should be directed at your insurance company.
