Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment. If a scheduled appointment cannot be kept, our office requires 24 hour notice so that we can accommodate the dental needs of another patient.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most dental insurance plans and are happy to submit your claims for you, however, since most insurance companies do not cover dental claims 100%, your estimated portion is due at time of service. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance
